This lovely two bedroom townhouse is located in the residential complex of Las Terrazas, in La Cala de Mijas. It is part of a well-established complex which offers mature gardens, with a communal pool and separate children’s pool. Just 1.5km from the house you will find the beach, La Noria golf course and also the town of La Cala. The central high street offers a range of supermarkets, newsagents and some wonderful restaurants and bars. The house offers aircon units in the lounge and bedrooms, shutters in the bedrooms and free WIFI.
This tastefully furnished townhouse is arranged over three levels. To the front of the property there is a car port with an adjoining terrace, furnished with a dining table and chairs, which can be accessed via the kitchen.
