Beautiful contemporary house just 500 m from the beach at Goulien, a favourite spot for surfers. Swimming is permitted and supervised during the summer. A perfect setting for a holiday between sea and nature (with access to coastal paths in the immediate vicinity).
From the house, the view extends as far as the sea and the famous Tas de Pois at the pointe de Pen Hir.
The ground floor opens onto an entrance hall leading to a large, bright living area. The living room, equipped with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, an HD television (French channels only) with access to streaming applications, a hi-fi system, board games and books, opens directly onto a wooden terrace. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area has a large table for six and communicates with the open-plan kitchen. This is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob and extractor fan, electric oven, filter, Italian or single coffee makers, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A separate WC with washbasin completes this level.
Upstairs, a mezzanine furnished with small lounge units and a tripod-mounted telescope invites you to relax and watch the sea. There are also three comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140x190 double bed, a clothes rack and a children's play area; a second with a 160x200 bed and built-in storage; and a third with a 140x190 double bed, a desk and cupboards. A shower room with shower, washbasin and electric heated towel rail and a second separate WC complete the first floor. All bedrooms have blackout shutters or blinds.
Outside, there is a large fenced garden, ideal for children, as well as two complementary terraces: one at the front, laid on stone flagstones, perfect for enjoying the morning sun, and the other at the rear, made of wood and equipped with garden furniture including a parasol, two deckchairs, a two-seater bench, a table and six chairs, as well as a charcoal barbecue.
The garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and beach toys. A baby cot, bath and high chair can be provided on request.
