The space
-This is a cozy legal basement apartment with a separate side entrance.
-The bedroom located opposite the entrance door and has a comfortable queen sized bed, room darkening curtains, extra beddings/ pillows, wardrobe, and cloth hangers. This Bedroom also has a work/reading table and chair.
-The Kitchen is equipped with all utensils you need to prepare your meal. There is a counter height extendable dining table.
-The open style living area has a comfy chair, TV with Roku apps and free wifi.
-There is a a separate thermostat for your temperature control. push button + or - to increase or decrease the temperatures while on heating mode
-The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your hygiene.
The environment is serene and safe with nearby Parks, shopping Plaza and amenities
-We offer complimentary coffee, tea, salt seasoning, oil tissue paper etc. Please note that these are starter pack for your stay.
- Free street parking Infront of the house or across the street by the city wall.

Guest access
Access the apartment through the separate side entrance by the main house. The door access code will be provided 24hrs before your check in.
Other things to note
This is a legal basement suite and as such passed all the city inspections for safety, fire and sound. The utility room is located opposite the suite entrance and it is not accessible for the guest.
-My family live on the main floor, you may hear movements occasionally but we strive to keep movements and noise level down at all times.
-Quite time is between 10pm and 6am.
-NO pets allowed please due to strict allergy concerns.
-NO Parties, meetings or events is allowed in the suite.
- NO smoking or drugs allowed.
-NO ILLEGAL activity, trade, business or job is allowed inside or outside the premises.
-Please alert us if anything breaks, so we can fix it for you and the next guest.
-Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom.
-For your safety please do not tamper with the carbon monoxide and smoke alarm
