Surfside Shores Unit 2406 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom direct gulf-front condo with two large private balconies. Perfect for large families or two smaller families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The condo amenities are great. 2 ocean front pools for adults, 2 kiddie pools, a barbecue area, and a pristine beach that is never too crowded. You can be down the elevator and have your toes in the water in under a minute.
This complex has 400' of beachfront with less than 100 units in the complex total. What does this mean? You will always have plenty of space to sprawl out on the beach and never feel like others are on top of you. Furthermore, the two large pools and two kiddie pools seldom get crowded and are perfect for families with little children.
This unit just underwent a renovation including adding large flat screen TVs in every room, new living room furniture, new loungers on the balcony, larger kitchen table, and updated décor.
The master suite offers a King bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the ocean front balcony.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to a separate, lagoon facing balcony.
The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom.
Living room has convertible couch allowing this unit to sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of privacy for all guests.
This condo is on the 4th floor giving amazing panoramic views of the ocean, but easy access from both elevators and stairs. There is a security guard at the front gate ensuring guests are not bothered.
