Additional guests are accommodated in the rear unit, comprising of a Queen bedrooom plus two twin King single bedrooms, together with a large lounge and bathroom.
Spacious timber decks adjoin both units with sunny north and westerly aspects over the bordering reserve land.
The units are linked by a spacious double garage and storage area, and the property also has adequate parking and landscaped areas.
