Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our apartment (The wild cowboy/mandala) Have 2 rooms, one room with a queen bed and another with a twin bunkbed. The living room has a full sofa bed for two extra people and additionally it has a Tv for the group. The queen bed room has straight access to the private pool area in the backyard. Our kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. In the front of the house we have a balcony with two chairs to enjoy the waves sound.

We have a laundry room in the backyard but the access is only for the cleaning lady. If you need laundry services you will have to let me know 24hrs prior to check availability. The prices per service depend on the needs: bottoms & tops: $6, underwear: $3, 1 load $30, 2 loads $20 each, 3 or more $15 each. Cloth will be washed and Ironed if requested. If you are allergic to any washing machine soap and you need a special soap the cost will be the double.
The beach is by the end of the street. In this beach you can walk, get your toes wet and sit to take the sun. There are some water spots we're you can sit but it depends on the tides. We don't suggest diving in it because it is not considered a balneary. There are two balneary spots one in 8mins and another one 12mins away.
To get to the beach we don't have a stair but there is a spot with sand that you can go down easily.
Guest access
Guests will have access to everything inside their apartment and parking spot.

Things you should know about the house
1. The house have more than 30 years and was completely rebuilt between 2022 and 2023
2. Everything is new inside the house including doors and windows
3. Paintings are original from Cuba and they are for sale if interested contact us
4. It is basically a Villa since it has 4 apartments in total. (You won’t share anything, even the pools will be divided with a removable fence for your privacy)
5. Pools have around 5 depth
6. Pool maintenance could happen during your stay and will be informed before they come.
7. Our water heater is Solar, be considerate, this house can host up to 25 people and we want to offer hot water for everyone. The hot water can take around 1min since it has to run through a long pipe before getting in to your hands.
