Large en-suite room with three single beds in modern house, bright and quiet, 8 minutes walk from LUAS green line, Glencairn stop, 35 mins by tram to the city center, 1.5km from the final stop of Aircoach(line 700).
We are a family of 3 with a 14-year-old son, I'm a housewife and my husband works at home most of the time.
We offer a quite big room with two single beds, private bathroom / toilets, one parking space.
We do not provide breakfast or meals but guests are free to use the kitchen and cook some light meals for themselves. There will be a shared use of fridge/freezer.
Use of wahsing machine and dryer available and wifi included as well as other utilities are covered in rent.
