Our charming residence can accommodate up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our guests can enjoy the comfort of a private pool, and BBQ.
Located only a short 8-minute drive from the Disney theme parks, outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, our home provides convenience and accessibility to all the best attractions and amenities.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the timeofbooking.
To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.
When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

Please be advised that every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the pool maintenance company will be on the property to balance the chemical levels in the pool. During this period, the pool will be unavailable for use and may only be accessed three hours after the maintenance is completed. This service is conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of you andyourguests.
