Positive: Staff and room were very nice

Negative: Room was very cold and heater kept going on and off. Shower plug got completely blocked and I had to use all the towels as the water was going into the bedroom. I didn't know until I got out of the shower. So I had to put all the towels down to soak it up. Normal stay downstairs and this never happened. Ok was disappointed

Summary: Ok I was disappointed it was so cold and the shower incident ruined our stay. .
