We have a strict 'no house party' policy and require that only registered guests are allowed on the property. There are security cameras at each entrance outside and a Minut noise sensor on the outside decks to deter parties per City of Chicago regulations. Rest assured there are no audio or video recording devices in the house. Many of our neighbors have young kids so we ask that you maintain outdoor quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
We want you to have fun during your stay, but please abide by City of Chicago regulations and our house rules. Any booking found in violation will be removed without refund.
Smoking inside and on the front steps of the unit is prohibited. If you need to step out for a cigarette please do so on the roof top deck or in front of the garage.
Pets are allowed if approved by host. Please message and provide information about your pet so we can prepare for your stay. We just ask that all pets are housebroken. Food bowls and toys available upon request.
