The Space:
Quality beachfront holiday home with 1.5 bathrooms including corner spa for a chance to completely unwind. Open plan kitchen, meals and living- all with sea views. RC AC split. Large balcony and huge fully fenced backyard. Single carport with access through to the rear of the property- Perfect for the boat or trailer. Close proximity to the bike track extending from Victor Harbor through to Goolwa. Walk to Main Street to Pipis cafe, the bakery or the Middleton Tavern.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Nespresso coffe machine and pods included.
Strictly no smoking at the property, inside or outside. Please don’t book this house if you are a smoker or anyone in your group smokes.
Strictly no parties.
One well behaved dog is welcome. There is a $75 pet fee payable for thr privilege of bringing your fur baby with you.
Dog must have own bed and not be allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Please advise us if you wish to bring your dog. Non shedding preferred.

The bed configuration includes 2 x bedrooms with Queen beds and 1x King bedroom
Must be 25 years of age to book.
*Please note: A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
Guest Access:
All spaces in the main house are available except for the garage. There is a shed out the back though that is available should you wish to store bikes and surfboards.
Interaction with Guests:
The house is all yours but we aren’t far away so if you need anything we are only a few minutes away and can attend if needed.
