The GARDEN Studio is bookable for 1 - 4 persons. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the garden area with external entrance. It has a living / bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. The room has a beautiful bay window. Furthermore, the studio offers a self-contained kitchen, an entrance hall with cloakroom and a bathroom with tub and toilet. To the indoor pool you come through the garden or over the main entrance through the basement.
This beautiful property, consisting of the WILDFANG Spa Retreat Seefeld and the WILDFANG Guesthouse, is located on a dream property of approx. 2.000 m2. The property is surrounded by a stone terrace of approx. 100 m2. In total, the SPA Retreat offers 4 apartments for 1 to 8 people. The 4-room Guesthouse Villa can accommodate 4-8 people. The jewel in the SPA Retreat is the high quality equipped 3 room terrace apartment. Furthermore, the main house offers 2-room apartments and a 2-room apartment in Tyrolean style. The highlight: the extraordinary spa area with high-quality indoor pool with relaxation area, bar, open fireplace with seating and panoramic windows. Directly accessible is the large garden facing south. The tomboy retreat and the villa can be booked separately or as a whole for groups and families. The main house offers 7 bedrooms and can be extended with the guesthouse to 10 bedrooms. Thus, up to 30 people can be accommodated. The guests total then 4 or 5 kitchens and 4 or 6 bathrooms available. The deposit is 600 € for the entire property. For guests there is a barbecue on the terrace.
