Villa Anita is a newly furnished villa that can accommodate 10 people, located in a small, unspoiled place named Kucine offers a quiet and relaxed vacation, but still only 5 km from the famous town of Split with a great history and a lot attractions. All offered is exclusively for your use, with panoramic views of the sea and town Split, a private 31square meter pool, gym, traditional barbecue with a covered outdoor dining area, 6 bedrooms, 2 living and dining areas a fully equipped kitchens.
The outdoor area offers a fully equipped gym, table tennis, swimming pool 3,7 m*8,5 m with 8 deck chairs, BBQ with covered outdoor dining area, also comfortable lounge area next to the living room.
The ground floor offers: Spacious living and dining area (air-conditioned), fully equipped kitchen with exit toward the pool area, Bedroom No1 with king size bed and a single bed and A/C, Bedroom No2 with queen size bed and A/C, Family bathroom with shower, Toliet with washing machine
First floor offers a Modern living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (air-conditioned), with two covered terraces where you can enjoy amazing views on town Split and sea, Bedroom No3 with king size bed, Bedroom No 4 with 2 single beds, Bedroom No 5 with 1 single bed, Bedroom No 6 with 1 single bed, Family bathroom with shower, and Family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Ground floor and first floor are connected with internal steps.
The whole property is perfectly organized for a comfortable stay for bigger families or groups of friends where you have a lot of space to enjoy your stay all together and have fun, but then again several different spots to enjoy your favorite book without any disturbance.
The outdoor dining area is very comfortable so the whole group can really enjoy in absolute privacy while enjoying a perfect barbecue.
Nearby you have a lot of different activities you can try, such as riding a horse, wind surfing on sea, boat tours to the island Brac, rafting on the Cetina river in Omis, there is also a small golf court and tennis courts (hard court and clay) 10 min with car…and many other things to do in this area.
