There is a stable staircase up to the loft with 2 good beds that adults can also use. The ceiling height of the loft is high enough to stand upright. In addition, there is access from the living room to the terraces, where there are good opportunities for play and activities on the plot. The house has 2 heat pumps and solar cells, which makes the house extremely energy-friendly and cheap in consumption.
