CASA OLIVA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Casa Oliva is a ground floor holiday home of Belgian owners, located in a quiet residential area San Jaime near Moraira. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a lovely private swimming pool, lounge set, private terrace and barbecue so you don't even have to leave the villa to get a nice holiday feeling. With Moraira a short drive away (9 min), you can quickly find the liveliness of the city from Casa Oliva. And within 5 minutes drive you are at the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Baladrar and Playa Moraira. The combination of the unique location with the pleasant ground floor layout makes this holiday home extremely suitable for a relaxing stay in the sun.
With a large family, multiple families or is the house fully booked in the period you want? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)! For example, you have your own holiday home per family, but you are only a few steps away from each other.
Moraira is an old fishing village that has grown into one of the nicest seaside resorts on the Spanish coast. In Moraira you will find a large number of good restaurants, a beautiful park, an old castle and a long coastline with beaches and bays. In the evening you can end the day with a drink on one of the many atmospheric terraces. 12 km away from Casa Oliva you will find the historic town of Calpe. This town is split in two by a saltwater lake. With a bit of luck you can spot flamingos here! Then you stroll along nice shops, admire the characteristic fishermen's houses in the historic center and climb the famous limestone rock Peñon de Ifach. With these two cities in your immediate vicinity, a versatile holiday is guaranteed!
LAYOUT CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is entirely on one level. The spacious living and dining room has many windows, which provide beautiful natural light. The Flemish owners have furnished the casa with taste. In the living room, a spacious sitting area has been created with a smart TV (TV Flanders). You can also log in to your own streaming service.
From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, which gives a wonderfully free feeling. In addition, there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa with cushions in the living room, enough space for everyone.
The kitchen is half open and is thus included in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric hob, Nespresso coffee maker and sufficient kitchenware. A hall leads to the three bedrooms and separate toilet. These feel wonderfully spacious due to the white walls and the beautiful wooden, carved doors and therefore stand out even more. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have 2 single beds (90x 190 cm.) Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm.). The bathroom of Casa Oliva offers a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine. This villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and Wi-Fi in the villa.
OUTDOOR LIVING CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is located in a quiet residential area. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a large private swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 to 2.5) with 6 sunbeds. In the garden you will find many local plants and trees, a covered terrace with dining table with wide views over the beautiful surroundings. In the distance you can see a mountain with characteristic houses. The garden is located on the south-west. The terrace extends to the side of the villa, here is a lovely lounge sofa, next to it you will find the fixed BBQ, a Weber BBQ, and another dining table. This is the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal in the evening and relax together.
On the other side of the villa there is another lounge set, the outdoor shower and there is still enough space for the sunbeds, for when you want to relax. The garden is very spacious and offers space for parking on site.

Details:
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months arrival
and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us for the possibilities.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
VRBO
If you book via the VRBO portal, the following costs still need to be paid in cash on the spot. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made: € 275
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Oliva is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1395 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
