It is a spacious apartment set in the frame of a quiet alpine villa, located exactly at the entrance to the cross-country ski slopes.
It has a splendid garden that can be enjoyed even in winter, thanks to the presence of a patio protected by large windows, perfect for tea or an aperitif based on vin brûlé and good bread from the valley, immersed in the snow but without suffering from the cold.
On the veranda, there is a set of garden furniture, ski racks, clothes hangers, and firewood.
In addition to this little pearl, the house consists of:
• Three bedrooms, one of which is a large and well-lit double room, equipped with a built-in wardrobe, large mirror, bedside tables, 2 abat jours, slippers with multiple sockets, adapters for foreign sockets and a splendid natural view 'in green' or 'in white' depending on the season.
