The apartment is centrally located in downtown Vancouver, one block away from the historical and gastronomic epicentre, "Gastown." Everything you want to do in Vancouver is minutes away from this location whether it be for eating, drinking, shopping, studying or working, everything is walkable.
The Space:
Welcome to my apartment located one block away from Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, Gastown. The condo is a one-bedroom, 1 washroom condo with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people and portable Air conditioning available. It is located in a prime location with amazing views of the Vancouver Harbour.
The room consists of a queen size bed and is connected to the washroom. From the living room, sit back and relax drinking a glass of wine or your local brewed coffee while enjoying the views of the Vancouver Harbour and the North Shore Mountains. One of my favorite things to watch is the cruise line docking and the float planes flying and landing in Coal Harbour
On the top floor is a common lounge area which includes a gym, laundry room, and outdoor bbq on the rooftop. The rooftop is open to all tenants where you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views of the city.
Guest Access:
Each new guest will given an access code to enter the building and the suite upon booking confirmation.
The access code will be only good during your stay. Once the guest enters the condo, there will be a key fob for the common areas.
Please note, if you lose the key fob there will be a $40 CAD charge to replace it.
Paid laundry area is located in the roof deck level, guest need to use the Coinamatic card to access the laundry machine and use their own laundry detergent.
The Neighborhood:
Lively Gastown is known for its whistling Steam Clock and mix of souvenir shops, indie art galleries, and decor stores in Victorian buildings. A trendy food and drink scene includes chic cocktail lounges and restaurants serving everything from gourmet sandwiches to local seafood.
You can't beat the location. Pacific Centre Mall is a 15-minute walk. Chinatown is a 5-minute walk. Take a 30-minute walk to Stanley Park. If you want to watch a hockey or football game, it's only a 10-minute walk.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and transit. Best way to explore the city is by walking or by bike. There are a number of bike rental companies close by.

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
4. Construction is currently taking place in the neighborhood. There is expected to be some level of noise from outside during your stay.

1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.
2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
