There are 11’ ceilings throughout (with a 19’ vaulted ceiling in living room), original heart pine floors, a front porch, a garden of citrus trees, a salt water pool, and a poolside seating area. In addition, we offer one off-street parking spot on our property.
The house is located within the first block off of Magazine Street, in an exceptionally popular area boasting unique boutiques, amazing restaurants and coffee shops!
There are two bedrooms: one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. Both beds offer brand new pressure-relief hybrid mattresses, luxury high count cotton sheets, and down-alternative pillows.
There are two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is accessed off the hallway. The second bathroom is ensuite (within the king bedroom).
(Also, please note the couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa with a queen sized memory foam mattress).
Guests can enjoy the front porch, the garden and the pool area (all outdoor spaces are shared by the owner and 2 year-round tenants in the apartment in the back yard). PLEASE NOTE: This property has a pool that does not include a 4-sided isolation fence so added supervision is necessary.
Our home has everything you need: central AC/heat, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer on-site, wifi, toiletries, laundry detergent, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee, and tea. We even offer a juicer so that you can take advantage of the fresh fruit growing in our backyard garden!
In addition, we are pet-friendly. We have a Labrador in the adjacent apartment who frequently spends time in the shared backyard. Please inquire if you're interested in bringing your pet.
