The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stone-top benches, a Miele 4-burner induction cooktop, under-bench electric oven, Bosche dishwasher, good-sized fridge, and a European style laundry with a separate washing machine and dryer, both of which are Bosch. The kitchen looks on to a dining setting 4 which flows through to the living area with a comfy 2.5 seater sofa and a large flatscreen television with Apple TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out to a spacious balcony that has a table setting for 2, planter boxes and a lovely, leafy view of Macleay Street.

Located close to Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) in beautiful Potts Point, the apartment is just a few minutes’ stroll to a Woolworths supermarket and a wide choice of eateries to suit any budget. Sunday’s Kings Cross markets are just up the road, as well as the buzzy nighlife Kings Cross is famous for. There are more eatery and bar options in nearby Darlinghurst, with St Vincents Hospital, Rushcutters Bay Park, the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia and Woolloomooloo also within walking distance.
Getting around:
The apartment comes with its own dedicated security parking spot but if you prefer public transport, there are easy options nearby. The 311 bus runs through Potts Point, stopping right on Macleay St, and will take you into the heart of the CBD and close to The Rocks, one of Sydney’s earliest settlements and home to the iconic Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. It’s also only a 12 minute walk to Kings Cross Station, where you can catch a train into the CBD and Central Station, Sydney’s major transport hub for metropolitan and even interstate travel.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Have you got a baby or an infant travelling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
