Villa Golf Beach is located at street Xaman Ha a very private setting, surrounded by lush vegetation and just across the street are all the luxury hotels, the house is peaceful and quiet, with a spa-like atmosphere. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms the villa sleeps up to 12 people.

- Living room with library and a 65" LG NanoCell smart TV. It is possible to arrange an extra room with a king size bed by pulling the curtains for the room divider.

It Is Strictly Forbidden To:
- Smoke inside the house.
- Use any illegal or prohibited substance at the property
- Make loud noise after 11pm that can disturb the neighbours especially in the exterior areas garden, parking, terraces and pool area.
- Deteriorate furniture, decoration or property itself.
- Remove anything from this property at any time for any reason.
- Not allowed to be more people then the maximum number of booked guest's.
