The kitchen, featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances, makes a subtle, yet impressive statement and is well stocked with all the tools needed to create a gourmet meal.
The living area has a huge smartTV mounted. Our master bedroom has wood floors with high ceilings, a queen bed and full bathroom .
Our home is situated near all of the neighborhood comforts, such as the Dog House restaurant, coffee shops, Mexican and Italian restaurants. The Fashion and Chartreuse Pear, upscale ladies shops are just steps away. Louisiana Tech football at Joe Ailet Stadium is only a four blocks away. A little bit south will bring you to a bike route which runs parallel to Railroad and connects La Tech to downtown Ruston, where you can watch amazing sunsets of the downtown skyline.
