Large sliding doors lead to the terrace from the living room. Near the house you will find the nature reserve of Vesterlyng with beautiful sandy beaches and clear water. Havnsø is a small town with a fishing port and a marina and offers ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø. The Dragsholm Castle and the galleries of Odsherred are also located nearby. If you take a trip over the big bridge, you can visit the beautiful Funen or the Legoland in Billund.The glacier-like headland of Odsherred creates the impression of being in a Geopark. Along the burial mound street, with the dolmens and grave mounds, you will see remnants of the Stone and Bronze Ages, the remains of an old forest village abandoned 300 years ago in Ulkerup and the Hempel Glass Museum. In the Odsherred Museum you will find a replica of the sun chariot that was discovered in the moors of Trundholm Moses.
