Welcome to a cozy little house in the Nynäshamn archipelago. The house is located on Södra Svärdsjö and has wonderful walking paths and swimming nearby. The house has a sleeping loft with a double bed, the stairs up are steep, so it is not suitable for small children or the elderly. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a bed 105cm, for those who do not want to climb up to the loft. The living room is nicely decorated and has an open floor plan with a small kitchen. In the hall there is a newly renovated fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a nice terrace with a covered outdoor kitchen, where it's nice to cook during the summer evenings. A large lawn in front of the house is suitable for play and games. There is a very nice swimming area nearby, with jetties, jumping tower and beach. The road to get there goes through the cottage area and an old forest with gentle paths. If you want to go on excursions, it is nice to go to Torö, which is the next island you come to. Here is one of Sweden's best surfing beaches, a stone beach well worth a visit. Nynäshamn is the largest town in the immediate area, a pleasant summer town with cozy restaurants in the harbor.
