Wine Lodge Smedjan Welcome to a cozy cabin that is also known as the Wine Lodge. This pleasant accommodation invites you to a warm feeling and is an old forge that was newly renovated in 2023. Perfect for the small family that wants to go out in the countryside but with proximity to several lakes, beautiful nature, hiking trails and the city Borås. Seglora is scenically located between the cities Borås and Kinna and is best known for the old church, which was located here before it was moved to Skansen in Stockholm in 1916. The smithy is from 1870 and newly renovated in 2023. This cozy cottage is only a 6 minutes' walk from the lake and the small bathing spot Uppsalen. The forge came into being when the village needed to make tools for carpentry work around. Here you live well in a rural environment with peace, quiet and proximity to swimming, fish-rich lakes, fine nature experiences and shopping for those who's interested in that. The cabin is carefully renovated and modern and has everything you need for a lovely stay. You are welcomed into a pleasant environment with stylish interior details and everything is very tasteful. The house is suitable for 3-4 people, so the smaller party, maybe you as a couple or a small family would feel good here. The cabin is well planned and directly at the entrance there is a bedside cabinet with comfortable mattresses from the Tempur brand. The bed is 120 cm wide when it is made out. Straight ahead, the living room opens up with a sofa that can also be converted into a bed of 160 cm, with a TV corner and a lovely fireplace that crackles cozy on chilly evenings. There is a nice dining table with 4 chairs and an exit to the house's garden. An oasis with a barbecue area. The kitchen area is modern, even if it is a smaller kitchenette, nothing is missing. Directly to the right of the entrance is the house's bathroom, which is bright, fully tiled, nice ceramic tiles on the floor and a substantial shower cubicle. This small cottage is well planned and provides very nice warmth and good energy. The house shares a garden with the house owner who lives in the house next door. Björkelid is a place with origins from the 18th century and offers walking paths in nature that offer mushroom picking, lingonberries and blueberries. Around there are many small lakes for those interested in fishing. It takes 10 minutes by car to central Borås for shopping trips. There are bathhouses for the children and playgrounds. The zoo is 15 minutes by car. Gothenburg 40 minutes by car. The nearest restaurant is called the small food stand with tasty home cooking 6 minutes by car. Shop citygross 8 minutes by car. In the autumn, it will be possible to book a wine tasting from the wine cellar under the house. A warm welcome to a very pleasant holiday.
