Built in 2008, the house was refurbished in 2012 with all new paint, carpets and appliances to make your stay most enjoyable. Walk to the Fifth Street Beach and Playground which has BBQs, Picnic Tables, volleyball and basketball court. Come in from NYC by the LIRR and walk with your wheelie right to your home away from home. Can also walk to town, harbor, restaurants and pubs. New Stove top has gas for cooking. Huge Master Bedroom has a King size Bed, the other 3 have two twin beds that are strapped together with padding for a King, or take them apart for separate twin beds. Also have King Size & Twin air mattress for additional guests or the kids! Unfinished basement has washer and dryer along with an extra refrigerator/freezer. The new inground heated pool was completed in late summer 2013 and makes staying at the house more fun than the beach.
