The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen & family room. The bedrooms are upstairs. There is central air conditioning and heating in the home.

All bedrooms are upstairs though there are two couches and a half bath downstairs. Furnishings:
-Master Bedroom – 1 queen bed, huge walk-in closet, private master bathroom (walk-in shower) 1 queen inflatable bed
-Bedroom 1 - 1 full bed
-Bedroom 2 – 1 queen bed
-Bedroom 3 - 1 twin bed, 1 sleeper daybed
There are more than enough freshly cleaned sheets, blankets and pillows for all these sleeping spaces. All sleeping spaces are extremely comfortable!
- No smoking & pets.
-Outdoor shoes not allowed indoors.
-2 parking spaces available
-No parties or extra guests (even if they're not spending the night) due to covid or unfortunately a $500 fine. We have noise sensitive neighbors who like to contact airbnb or police.
-Gardeners come out every other Monday.
