The approximately 70sqm large vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a single-family house. We renovated and furnished it ourselves over the last few years, striving to preserve as much old charm as possible, for example through the old wooden floors and the wooden windows.
The bright apartment is entered through a lockable apartment door that leads into the hallway.
From the hallway, one can access the living area as well as the bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, shower, and corner bathtub.
In the living area, you will find a friendly, modern kitchen that contains all the necessary items for cooking. From the kitchen, there is also access to the first bedroom, which offers a cozy bed and enough storage space for clothes.
Also accessible from the kitchen is the open living-dining area, where one can relax on the cozy sofa bed while watching TV or enjoy a delicious dinner at the dining table.
A restored 60s sliding door from the dining area leads into the second bedroom. There, you can snuggle up on a self-built pallet bed under the sloping roof.
WLAN is available throughout the apartment free of charge.
The apartment also includes a 2000sqm largely natural garden, where you can enjoy the tranquility of village life. You are free to help yourself to fresh organic fruits and vegetables from the fruit trees and bushes, as well as from the vegetable beds.
In the garden, there are some wild areas inhabited by a variety of animals, insects, and bees.
