Summary:
Newly renovated one bedroom is all yours. Is in the perfect location in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs 5 minute to Westfield and Bondi Junction train station. The space is set at the front of an block of 4 units, Your apartment is on the top floor with your own private entry has its own bathroom and enjoys an open air living space with kitchen large fridge, free wifi, aircon and the list goes on.
The Space:
There is a kitchen with large fridge, microwave, gas fire hot plates, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee provided. There is crockery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils, as well as some cleaning products. There is also an iron and ironing board, and your own washing machine.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a double bed, a huge 55 inch smart television. There is an bathroom with shower (shampoo and body wash are provided), and the apartment has a fan as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
Free wifi access is also provided.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Access to the building is either via Gardiner Rd or Mackenzie street (once you have the keys).
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Bondi junction is the best place to stay in Sydney. We are close to everything like Centennial Park, which is a vast parkland which includes playing fields, forested areas, lakes, horse tracks, bike tracks, cafes, a restaurant and much more.
At the same time, it's only a 2 minute walk to get into the shopping district of Bondi Junction or to the train station, and you can walk to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Oxford St, Paddington in around 15 to 20 minutes.
My unit faces two streets Mackenzie street and Gardiner Road
We have free unrestricted parking. You can park 6 pm to 8 am for FREE on Gardiner Road.
Mackenzie street from 8am to 3.30pm it has a two hour time limit then 30 minute time limit to 8pm.
8 Alt St, Queens Park NSW 2022 one side of the whole street has no parking meters the left side its very close to my unit you can park all day/night. 5minute walk from my place.
You can park your car at Queens park road in the day that has free all day parking but its 6 minute walk from my place.
Getting Around:
There are also bus stops within a few minutes walk which will take you to all the sights Sydney has to offer - including Bondi Beach in about 15 minutes, and the CBD in about the same.
If you want, you can also walk to Tamarama Beach (the next one south from Bondi) in about 30 minutes.

Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
