Alizee is an impressive seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom luxurious villa located in Guana Bay, within walking distance of Guana Bay Beach. The spectacular views, the backdrop of sky, sea, and the villa is absolutely stunning.
The villa has been furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from Europe and has been designed to provide all the necessary amenities to please our guests.
The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms each with wonderful views, an en suite bathroom, and a queen-sized bed. In the main house, there are two additional bedrooms next to the living area: one offers one set of bunk beds and a double bed sleeps four in total with wonderful views and an en suite bathroom. In addition, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and queen size bed and again, a wonderful sea view.
The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace area. The terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12 to 16 people, a private gazebo with an additional dining area for four persons right next to the pool, a Jacuzzi, and large gas barbecue.
The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms. The sixth bedroom has an ocean view and offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The seventh bedroom offers one set of bunk beds and a double bed sleeps four in total with garden views and an en suite bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, a large garage area to include a ping pong table, a laundry room, and a full generator. Eventually, there is a fully equipped fitness room with television, sofas, and air conditioning.
The villa has extensive space, rooms, patios, an outside terrace, a Jacuzzi, a gazebo and a private pool joined together creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout, and is bordered by a luxuriant large garden. A large wooden gazebo is located in the coconut field to ensure complete privacy and offer a magic relaxing time.
