Summary: The hotel is well situated, just minutes away from the train staition to go downtown. Surprisingly, parking in the street was amazingly easy for Munich. But the hotel itself needs a lot of love. It was reasonably clean, but the room and particularly the bathroom are very small and shabby. The matress was horrible, you were pretty much sleeping on a slope, because the springs were finished on the side of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

The matress was horrible, you were pretty much sleeping on a slope, because the springs were finished on the side of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Summary: My room was fine however I had to keep the window and door open almost the whole time to air out the cigarette smell. If you are next to the Main Street you will hear ambulances and car noises with the door and window closed. Hallways smell like cigarettes BAD. The fridge was not cold at all. Bathroom was incredibly small. Towels had a musty smell to them. Strange people work here and will follow you outside to smoke and watch where you’re going especially the older guy with a beard. Walls are super super super thin. Also there is a lip/gap between the floor in the hallway and the floor in the room. I tried to step out to talk to one of the maids and stubbed my pinky toe so hard, I broke it and completely fell to the ground. I will never ever ever stay here again. Almost the whole time no one is at the desk. I left my key on the desk and walked out.

Summary: Nice hotel in front of a park and close to subway. Has an italian restaurant a side. Need some air conditioning, room to hot. Parking is also not clear, I booked paying and extra for parking but reception was not clear about it
