Positive: The apartment has a large balcony area. The apartment is very roomy. The hose is very friendly, attentive, and accessible. It was close to everything. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and friendly. It was very close to the ocean. I would likely book her again.
Negative: The apartment was on the fifth floor with no elevator access. It was not mentioned in the listing. The washing machine area was a bit difficult. You have to climb up a very narrow spiral staircase located on the side of the building. If you're not fit for climbing, this is not the apartment for you.
Summary: Nice place, if you're fit.
