The terrace is accessible from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 basins.
The second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, respectively. Bedroom 2 has a vanity desk in case you need an area to work from time to time. The second bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal, including a large refrigerator with an ice maker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and cookware. A large kitchen island also makes meal preparation easy.

The property is in the centre of Seven Mile Beach Area and directly on Seven Mile Beach - no traffic to negotiate, simply walk down the stairs (there is no lift/elevator to access this 3rd floor unit) and onto the beach or through the gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.
The condo is strictly a non-smoking condo. Smoking will forfeit the deposit (which will be used to deep clean the unit for our next guests).

Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no lift for the first-floor unit) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.
Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex.
We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness.
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
