Beautiful apartment to relax and linger. The apartment can be rented for a short vacation (weekend) or for a longer period all year round. On request, we will pick you up from the train station and of course bring you back free of charge. Excursions are also possible by arrangement. Your four-legged friend is welcome to consult us free of charge. On the day of arrival we would give you an introduction to the conditions and surroundings of the apartment. An offer z. B. would be a guided tour of about an hour to get to know everything.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a half-timbered house built in 2003. In the garden there is a separate staircase that leads over a balcony with a south-west orientation into the approx. 67 m² apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people. It has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and everything that belongs in a modern kitchen.
A modern bathroom with shower and large corner bath is also available.
The living room consists of a large seating area and a small dining area. A TV with satellite connection and video player and game console is also available. A bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and a children's room with two single beds complete everything. There are built-in cupboards in the rooms.
A lawn with barbecue facilities is of course also available.
The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. All floors except the children's bedroom (cork floor) are tiled or equipped with runners. The house is built with low pollution.
For cyclists, bikers, families and of course alone or in pairs, our house proves to be an ideal starting or Destination for trips to the surrounding area. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you. Countless festivities and events attract visitors to our beautiful region every year.
The house is located on the outskirts of Hodenhagen, but is still very centrally located. Shopping (net, e-center) is only a few hundred meters away. A Greek, Turkish restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Of course there is also German cuisine and several nice cafés. Doctors and pharmacies are also on site.
Almost direct forest edge location with proximity to the Aller and leash invite for walks or bike tours. Hodenhagen is centrally located in the triangle of Hanover, Bremen and Hamburg. You can go on a day trip with the Lower Saxony ticket to all three cities with our Heidesprinter.
In and around Hodenhagen, amusement parks invite you to go on excursions. In Hodenhagen itself the Serengeti Park with a safari or a roller coaster ride.
Or in Soltau, the Heidepark with all its attractions. Those who like it quieter are in good hands at Vogelpark Walsrode.
