Summary: This place used to feel like a homebase with services like water and coffee available in reception. Not anymore. Must be trying to save $$. Room didn’t have sheets when we arrived and no staff on duty to sort out. Luckily restauant manager let us into housekeeping so we could find sheets make up our bed. Spa great if you get in early but late in day is overcrowded and no towels available. Rooms are good but this place not what it was two years ago.
