Accommodations includes a lavish primary bedroom on the first floor with a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The second floor is home to two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a single queen bed and another with two queen beds, each boasting their own full bathrooms. Additionally, a quaint sleeping nook with a twin bed provides extra sleeping space. The property also includes a convenient first-floor powder bathroom and an innovative cabana with an "outside" shower, enriching the beachside experience.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
- Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
- Cabana is closed up and beachside seating is put away or not available during Columbus Day to Memorial Day. Only the chairs by the fire pit, two chairs outside the back door and two chairs on the front (bay side) porch are left out year round.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- If the alarm panel beeps, it usually means the batteries are low. Press the 'Ready' button to stop it.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
