The cottage has graced this area since the 1960’s. This property boasts welcoming updates turning this sleepy location into a vibrant space for guests! It has been newly painted, carpeted and has all new window coverings. It is positioned on a double lot providing green space shaded by mature maple trees for family yard games and private parking. With river access you may share a boat house deck and dock for your pleasure and experience with beautiful sunsets over the river. Multiple seating areas overlooking the river provide privacy for reflection. Please inquire about boat docking privilege for an additional fee. Bicycles are available for the even terrain. Kayaks and access to a 5 ft. fire pit/seating are outdoor river amenities shared with guests in our smaller cottage, Sassafras Cottage (1596624)—a few steps away and a VRBO veteran!
