Located in the village of Islamlar, some 9-10 km form the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, this superb villa has 5 bedrooms and a capacity for 10 guests. Situated on the hillside, with distant sea views, the villa has a spacious pool terrace and large swimming pool, which may be heated in the cooler months of the season. (Hetable pool fee 8000 TL per week). In addition to this feature there is a shallow hydro massage pool, which can also double up as a childrens pool, a large pergola with a dining and seating area beneath. The pool is 10 x 6 metres and varies in depth from 1 to 1.5 metres.
With cool marble floors throughout, the ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge which opens on to a terrace leading to the pool area. There is also a double bedroom, (with en-suite bathroom), and a w.c. for communal use on this floor. On the upper floor there are two double and two twin bedrooms, all with access to the large front balcony and its beautiful views, and with en-suite bathrooms.
The property is fully air-conditioned, has a wi-fi internet connection and parking space in front of the villa. The centre of the village is some 1 -1.5 km from the villa and can be reached on foor in about 10 minutes.
Due to the secluded nature of this villa it is suitable for those guests desiring a high level of privacy for religious or other reasons.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
