It is 15 minutes from Sundown Mountain Resort and 30 minutes from Chestnut Mountain Resort in Illinois. It's within walking distance of the Dubuque Sports Complex and only a 30-minute drive to the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa. We provide 3 separate boot and glove dryers and a small heated shed for ski and snowboard maintenance (waxing, etc.) This is a smoke-free home but you may indulge inside the small exterior shed. This home is located within 15 minutes of "The Dispensary" in East Dubuque, Illinois for any cannabis needs and also within 30 minutes of several wineries.
