Situated on a wide cove perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing, with 2 docks (1 covered). Rent a boat from the nearby marina or launch your own from the Townville Landing, 1 mile from the house.
Enjoy the beautiful screened in porch with awesome views of a private wooded lot and the gorgeous lake. Outdoor fire pit, level yard and a short flat walking path to either dock.
Notes
Dock parks up to two boats. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or rent one. Guests have access to a canoe, three kayaks (two sit on top, one sit inside ), a large floating lily pad and many floating toys like noodles.
The shoreline , next to dock is accessible to wade into the water, is mostly a red clay bottom.
Neighborhood
In a quiet residential neighborhood, known as the Coneross Creek area of Lake Hartwell, that many enjoy walking and biking because of the location`s wide flat road.

Access
Private asphalt circular driveway, spacious enough for boat trailers and easily park four vehicles. Townville boat ramp is less than mile away, easy to walk to and then just a a few minute boat ride to the home`s dock.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeps eight guests, and has a washer/dryer!
Year round waterfront access from the docks, even when the Lake draws down, this cove maintains a high enough water level to dock a boat and enjoy water activities.
The Main Level: An amazing sunroom, open kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area, spacious living room with large flat screen tv with Roku and sound system
Upper Level: Comfortably sleeps eight. Large master bedroom with king bed, master bath walk-in closet. 2 sets of bunk beds in second bedroom. Second Master with king size bed

The lake house is conveniently located off of exit 11 on Interstate-85:
30 minute pontoon boat ride to Clemson stadium
45 minutes from Greenville, SC
90 minutes from Atlanta
1 hour 50 minutes from Asheville
2 hours from Charlotte
Children over 6 and up only on top bunks.
Excessive cleaning, due to neglect or abuse of the property will result in a loss of all or a portion of the refundable damage deposit

All visitors to the lake have the right to quiet enjoyment. No large parties are allowed and could lend to the loss of the damage deposit and additional fees. Maximum Occupancy is 8 people at all times.
No tenant shall make, permit or cause disturbing noises, smells, or vibrations on the property or do anything which unreasonably disturbs the neighbors or damages the property.
Quiet hours are between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Any noise disturbance that happens between those times are subject to fines by the owners and visits from law enforcement.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home and illegal drug use prohibited. You may smoke tobacco on the front porch only.
Do not park on the grass for any reason. Park only on pavement.
Do not connect any kind of vehicle, rv, motorhome to the property’s water, sewer or electrical.
Please do not shoot firearms and do not light fireworks. No amplified music is permitted outside. No special events, gatherings of business activities of any kind . Subletting is not allowed.
Communicate with immediacy by contacting the host via telephone in the event of any concern.
A $100 fee will be charged if guests arrive before 3 pm check-in without permission or leave the premises later than 10:00 am without communicating in writing the need for late check out due to extenuating circumstances.
If emergency or law enforcement is called upon, due to incidents caused by the guests or guests of the guests, every occupant may be evicted without refund
Do not move furniture.
Opening the windows in April and May is prohibited because of the amount of pollen that could come inside the house.
Please be a good renter and neighbor. If you are not, it could result in the loss of the $500 refundable damage deposit.
When you leave, please close doors and windows. Be sure all are locked.
