Summary: I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it. Especially because the place itself is very cozy. The biggest problem was the late check-in I did AFTER I HAD CALLED IN ALREADY, the staff kept complaining about how late I was and how she had to wake up very early the next day. Then when I asked about breakfast, she complained about her doing everything by herself including the cleaning after. It seemed that she hated her job and complained about it all the time. Not a good attitude towards it.
