Whether you are traveling for business, pleasure or need short term accommodation for other reasons, you will find our newly renovated Dartmouth townhouse a perfect home away from home. The space is clean and cozy with a well equipped kitchen and locally inspired decor. Guests enjoy a large master bedroom with walk in closet, second bedroom with double bed and closet for guests and the third room provides a separate office space. The large living room is perfect for movie nights while the open kitchen and dining area with patio is ideal for entertaining and unwinding in warmer months.
The main level of this home includes a spacious living room with large sectional, smart TV to enjoy your fav apps and an array of simple entertainments. Please note there is no cable television at this property. The open concept kitchen is great for entertaining and offers a west facing patio for cooking, socializing and watching the sun set on warm summer nights. There is a half bath on the main level as well as ample storage for coats/shoes etc.
The upstairs includes a master bedroom with queen bed and a second guest room with a double bed, both with window a/c in the summer months.
A third room has been converted to an office with a work desk, comfy office chair and natural light with large windows.
NEW - laundry suite is our most recent upgrade, conveniently located in the main bathroom on the same floor as bedrooms.
Well behaved dogs may be considered - preferably if past reviews vouch for your furry friend. Guests are responsible for their pets to include not leaving them unattended if not properly house training and making reasonable efforts to keeps pets off furniture. We will provide some "poo bags" and an outside garbage for pet waste. Your pet should be on leash outside of the home as per local bi-laws.
We have great neighbours and value a strong sense of community in our neighbourhood. As such, this residence is not appropriate for parties or events.
