- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.

Please be advised that a cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged if any stains or damage are left in the apartment upon your departure. - We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly and doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service; therefore, we cannot assume liability when issues are provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
- Please ensure that you turn off the heating on your departure day and leave the keys in the designated lockbox. Additionally, kindly clean the kitchen and ensure that the dishwasher is empty to avoid a cleaning fee of 100€.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.
