There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (with tub) and imported king size beds, and 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and (imported twin sized beds which can be combined to make a regular king sized bed). Every room in this villa has floor to ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors with breathtaking views of the Bay which can be enjoyed from each bedroom's private balcony. There is a large open plan kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), opening onto a sitting room with a sit up bar and large laundry room. This house is fitted out with high end Miele appliances and every room has the newest LG air-conditioning system concealed behind works of art. In addition, this villa has a large infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi (hot tub) and large gazebo. This villa is set within its own 1 acre walled garden, it can be very private whilst still benefiting from the amenities and service of the Estate.
It is set within a 7 acre gated waterfront estate with 24x7 security. The house has one of the largest private swimming pools in the Eastern Caribbean at 95 foot long and has seating areas overlooking the Bay and a swim up bar. Walking down from the swimming pool (or use of golf carts with paths) brings you to the completely private white sand beach. The beach is man made but leads to a small natural beach. You also have access to the 185 foot private dock and Resort boats (additional charge for boats). The dock has a water slide and can be set up with lots of water toys and inflatables including a floating volley ball court. The crystal clear waters of the Bay are perfect for swimming and snorkelling and the dock is surrounded by colourful tropical fish. On the beach is a fire pit (seats 50 people) and a beach bar. The Resort is set on a private peninsular and offers all of the privacy of a private island with none of the transportation difficulties.
The villa has access to the 95 foot infinity swimming pool with swim up bar, hot and cold spas, beach bars etc.The villa is fully staffed with award winning Chefs, and Butlers which are accredited by British Guild of Professional Butlers. They are assisted by a fabulous professional team. Each property has its own large private swimming pool and access to the 185 foot private dock with boats etc.
