Perfect for 2 families or 4 couples, the house is located just off the road to Ravni beach, and surrounded by forest and gardens. Property sits on 3000m2. All the rooms have large glass doors opening onto either terraces or balcony, with the sea view in front of you.
On the ground floor, is a large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining room, guest restroom and a master bedroom en suite.
For dining outside, there is a large covered terrace opening onto the garden and sea view with dining table for 8 and stone steps that descend into the garden where there is a stone BBQ & gas grill (plancha), sink & cooking area. Here we have implemented another dining area with big stone table and 8 chairs and sun umbrella. There is a toilet under pool and on the path.
On the first floor, the upper living room awaits with TV - DVD and a large open terrace offering spectacular views of Kvarner and the islands (Cres, Lošinj). There is a master bedroom en suite; a third large bedroom with bay windows and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and private balcony, and large bathroom with Italian style shower.
To allow for natural rhythms of light and air flow, there is a large skylight with remote opening. All of the bedrooms are fully furnished with built-in closets; parquet floors, stone sinks, curtains and air conditioning.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is a washing machine & dryer.
The house is located on a private road with ample parking. There is a little market in Ravni town with fresh fruit and veggies. The town of Labin is close by (10 kms) with all needed facilities (daily market, super markets, pharmacies, etc.) and there are several little konobas (taverns) within walking distance of the house for a typical Istrian meal. Close by is the Ravni beach which has a open air bistro & many little private bays for swimming.
For diving & motor boat rentals of all sizes as well as boat mooring, nearby Sveti Marina can provide.
The beautiful towns of Rovinjo, Poreč, Pula (airport), Motovun, Groznjan and Novigrad are all easily reachable for day trips as is the island of Cres, via car ferry.
Jadrina bay is a peaceful pebble beach bay below the house only accessible by boat or by a gentle walk through a shaded trail of 10-15 minutes.
Casa Bura has a swimming pool 7 x 3.5 m with sea view. However, the real beauty of our location is discovering the crystal clear bays of Istria which are warm enough to swim all day long, for all ages. Enjoy massage on the beach with Lana and then the evenings on the terrace overlooking the sea with a glass of wine under the stars.
Please note we are not fans of the Saturday to Saturday regime due to the traffic on Saturdays so feel free to choose your own day.
