Additionally, it’s one of the few front units at Beach Cottages, providing you with unparalleled views of the sand and water. This condo has all the features you need for an unforgettable vacation. It includes two balconies: a large Gulf-front balcony (21x8) and a smaller side balcony overlooking the pool with ocean views. You can enjoy spectacular sunsets and all-day beach viewing with your family and friends. The condo boasts a spacious, open floor plan with ceramic tile throughout, and there are many updates and features to enhance your stay. To accommodate those with allergies, this condo does not have any carpeting.
If you love to cook, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen featuring newer quartz and stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, small appliances, dishes, and glassware. You’ll also have both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a walkout sliding glass door leading to the fabulous Gulf and oceanfront balcony. You’ll sleep soundly in the king bed with a pillow-top mattress, and the master bath features a 3/4 ensuite layout with an oversized, tiled shower. There is a 50" flat-screen TV and so close to the ocean that you can enjoy the sound and view of the waves right from your bed.
The second bedroom offers a coastal queen bed and a twin bed, along with a dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, closet, and ROKU TV. The third bedroom features a trundle bed, dresser, and TV, accommodating up to two people. Both bathrooms have newer quartz-topped vanities, toilets, lighting, and fixtures.
The living room is equipped with a 60" Smart TV featuring Spectrum TV and free Wi-Fi. You’ll find plenty of dining space with a table and six chairs, as well as breakfast bar seating. The sofa also converts to a sleeper (with a memory foam mattress) alongside another full-sized couch.
You’ll have everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, including beach towels, chairs, and all linens. Starter supplies of soaps and paper products are also included.
There are countless activities to enjoy nearby! You can walk for miles along the beach or take the trolley to the award-winning Clearwater Beach. Other local attractions include the Clearwater Aquarium, great seafood restaurants, wave runner rentals, biking, boating, and dolphin or dinner cruises. If you take the trolley south to John's Pass, you’ll discover shopping, water sports, waterfront dining, deep-sea fishing tours, and themed pirate adventures. Plus, Universal, Sea World, and Disney are just about two hours away, while Busch Gardens is only 45 minutes away.
