Disabling or tampering with cameras will result in immediate termination of rental and no refund will be due.
• Must climb stairs to gain entry to house.
• 4 Wheel Drive vehicles are recommend to access property.
• No charging of electric vehicles allowed.
• The Primary adult guest must sign a separate short term rental agreement and provide a copy of their government issued ID in Airbnb's messaging platform with host. All accompanying guests need to be registered on the rental agreement with a name and age.
• All listed guests in the reservation agree to use the bunk bed at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.
