In winter, short drives to four nearby downhill ski slopes: Sugarbush, Mount Ellen, Mad River Glen, and Middlebury Snow Bowl and two nearby cross-country ski centers: Rikert at the Middlebury College Breadloaf campus and Blueberry Lake in Warren.
