Don’t forget sledding, tubing park, renting snowmobiles, or snowshoeing. Spring, summer, and fall offer horseback riding, many hiking trails, biking, off-roading, ATV rentals, nearby lakes, fishing, and you are only one hour away from Zion and Bryce Canyon. In the summer, visit Brian Head Resort's main village for bungee trampoline, zip-line, wall climbing, and scenic chairlift ride as the

You will need 4 wheel drive or chains during the late fall to winter months. This driveway is plowed by a private company and we do not have the ability to ensure the immediate removal of
accumulated snow. If you get stuck and must be pulled out it is at your own expense. Please do not park on the road. DO NOT PARK by the steps in front of the unit. HOA will have your vehicle
towed. Please be aware of falling snow from rooftops, Vacasa is not responsible for any damage.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
