Positive: Very Good and helpful customer service for the hotel only.

Negative: Breakfast is poor, since missing transparency and no real selection, expensive coffee only (2 simple coffees for the price of breakfast with 1 coffee). The service at breakfast is not friendly, offers are written only in polish, guests have to use google we were said.

Summary: Sleeping wa good, clean rooms and friendly hotel staff. Breakfast and its staff not much helpful. Unfriendly.
