Positive: Clean and cozy appartment.

Negative: Bottleneck of this accommodation is parking. In case you arrive soon, and next day you need to leave soon, it can be a pain. Not to mention that if you need to go somewhere urgently at night, it’s impossible because cars are parked behind you.
